How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

Firstly, our moulds are machined by advanced machines to ensure the mould precision and reducing the manual work; Secondly, our mould will be checked by CMM machines duringtooling, as well as the testing samples, we’ll send CMM report to our customer. Thirdly,Our QC will do 100% mould checking before mould delivery.

What's the payment term?

When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB, CIF,CNF,etc.Nomally 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance before shipments. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.

How to deliver the goods to us?

It’s depend on your requirements. Usually we will ship the moulds to customer by sea,because we are in taizhou, near Ningbo, and we are only 200 kilometers away from the Ningbo Port, it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries. Of course, we also ship the moulds by air to customer sometimes when moulds are urgently needed.

Where are your products mainly exported to?

Our molds are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, Canada and other more than 30 countries.

Will you send your engineers to offer technical support if there's something wrong with the mould?

We will firstly provide well-grounded solutions in written form or some spare-parts needed to you. If the problem is still far from being addressed, we will then send an engineer with great grasp of English to your company.

How many days does it take to design a mold product?

It will normally take 3 or 5 days, depending on the complexity of product.
