· In the early stage of developing each mold, Moulde will repeatedly confirm the product requirements and product assembly relationship with customers, conduct product analysis and Mouldflow report on the drawings provided by customers, and feedback the problems in the product drawings to customers, such as parting line, thin wall area, shrink mark, weld mark, porosity, reverse buckle, gate location, gate type, and drawing status. After the design is completed, we will check the mold strength, parting line, cooling system, interference area, thin wall area, etc. To ensure that the mold design remains in the best condition. Provide guarantee for reliable and durable mold mass production in the later stage.

·2. Mold material control

· Mode only selects steel suppliers who can provide steel quality guarantee and steel qualification certificate. Mode will inspect the steel before acceptance.

·3. Mold processing quality control

· Mode controls the quality of key processes and manages the project progress according to the mold processing documents. Mode technicians will test and control the quality according to the process standards. Provide progress to customers when necessary.

·4. mold spare parts procurement and control

· We will focus on qualified spare parts to meet customer requirements for standard part models, standard quality and required procurement time.

·5. Mold assembly control

· Mode has experienced technicians to assemble molds in combination with established procedure documents to ensure smooth assembly of molds.

·6. Mold inspection before shipment

· Mold inspection before delivery is to ensure that customers receive qualified molds. We will provide mold test videos, spare parts list, special mold operation instructions (in the form of pictures), corresponding to customer requirements, packaging, so that customers can receive assured mold products.
